We are unable to accept orders via the telephone.

Delivery Information
Our products are delivered by courier in refrigerated vans around the Greater Toronto Area.
Please ensure before placing your order and selecting a delivery time slot that the recipient will be there. We are not responsible for orders left unattended. If the first attempt at delivery is missed, no refunds will be given. You may either pick up your item at our bakery or request a second attempt. Second attempts at a delivery will not be made unless requested and paid in full prior to the delivery.
Our regular delivery times are from 07:00 am-6:00 pm Tuesday – Saturday. There is no delivery service on statutory holidays. If you require delivery on any other day and time, please send an email to ordersmkop@gmail.com. During inclement weather and traffic conditions beyond our control, delivery times may be affected, and you will be notified ahead of time. We try our best to deliver within the times above, but due to traffic conditions, these times may change.
Damaged Items in Transport

Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
